Use
To ensure sludge dewatering in coalfields, DRAINTUBE® FT provides a suitable solution to recover as much fresh water as possible from tailings and reduce the carbon footprint of mining waste deposits by reducing their water content.
The installation of DRAINTUBE® FT is a solution which meets air and water quality regulations with a view to limiting the impact of the mining activity on local populations, reducing the environmental footprint and optimising the recovery of tailings water. The mining industry has been asked to reduce the amount of fluid by collecting sludge and storing it in dedicated areas.
